Will the tracker work in every country?
Coverage depends on the device model, local mobile networks, roaming arrangements, placement, transport environment and destination regulations. Route validation is part of solution design.
Can it track a container at sea?
The device can continue sensing, but live transmission may pause when no supported network is available. Stored data can be uploaded after connectivity returns, depending on the device configuration.
Can tracking data be shown in our own customer portal?
Yes. The integration can provide device binding, location, milestones and alerts through APIs, subject to the agreed interface and data access controls.
